I met Jules when I came around to provide a boiler quote and of course I did install her boiler. I was very sceptical about using a VA service and put her off for a fair few month. Due to cost, losing control over my diary and jobs being booked in without my knowledge.

I have to say, besides the fact of starting my business, it has to be the best decision I have made since! She started by organising 7000 of my work emails into folders. I had them all in my inbox.

Jules has enabled me to concentrate on the physical work and spending more time on spotting opportunities and running the business, rather than being stuck in a rut and just being another run of the mill self-employed plumber.

Jules does tasks that I set in good time and other tasks that frequently have been completed without me even asking. Meaning Jules and the team are incredibly proactive, as opposed to reactive to tasks.
